what do you hope the new year brings you?
I guess I hope for the same thing anyone might hope for, including happiness and heath for myself and the people I love. Since I’m spending a third of my year in another country, I also hope for courage and curiosity, and that I’m unafraid of the new experiences presented to me. I hope I get the most out of my time....

tonight I went out with friends! old friends from highschool that I haven’t seen in a long time. It was gossipy at times but overall it was great and I realized how little I realize that I miss someone until I’m with them again. Ah its been awhile since I’ve run and it feels so good. I was in a good routine until finals week and everything fell off track at that point. But now that the stress and craziness of last semester is over, I feel I can get back to the things I enjoy. I kind of redecorated my room and I love how it looks right now. going on the one meal per day diet plan. I intend to make that one meal very, v e r y worth it.
an observation: No matter how few calories I consume in a day, if any of those calories are from poptarts, it is a fatty fatty no friends day.
